Palace Cinema – Annual Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Palace Cinema’s Annual Membership scheme. By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to the terms below. These operate in addition to our general Terms of Use and are governed under UK law.


1. Membership Benefits
As a Palace Cinema Annual Member, you are entitled to the following benefits throughout the 12-month membership period:

Minimum 10% discount on food and drink purchases at Palace Cinema
£2.00 off all standard screening tickets
£2.00 or more off event cinema tickets
Ability to purchase one additional ticket per screening at the discounted member rate
The guest accompanying the member may also enjoy the food and drink discount, only if the member is present

2. Eligibility and Validity
The membership is valid for 12 consecutive months from the activation date.
Benefits are non-transferable and apply only when the named member is present at the venue.
Only one membership may be used per transaction.
Membership cards or digital IDs must be shown when claiming benefits.

3. Usage Conditions
Discounts and ticket offers are subject to availability and may not be combined with other promotions or concessionary rates unless specifically permitted.
Discounts do not apply to live events, third-party screenings, private hires, or special formats unless stated.
Complimentary or discounted tickets must be redeemed during the active membership period and cannot be carried over, resold, or exchanged for cash.
Online purchases may be limited based on technical capacity or ticketing platform support.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Memberships are non-refundable, except where required under UK consumer law (e.g. within the 14-day cooling-off period, provided no benefits have been redeemed).
No partial refunds will be issued for unused benefits, early cancellations, or inactivity.

5. Data Protection and Privacy
Your data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We only collect and use personal information necessary to administer your membership and provide your benefits. We do not share or sell your data for third-party marketing purposes without your explicit consent.


6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, operations, or membership services. Where material changes are made, members will be informed via email or website notice.
